Background

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has introduced Amazon Quick Suite, the new AI platform that enables businesses to automate complex business workflows and connect enterprise data systems. The platform announced on Thursday integrates with well-known tools as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and Google Drive. It assists teams to study, examine, and accomplish work by themselves with the aid of AI.

AWS says Quick Suite has already reduced research and analysis times from months to just 20 minutes and helped resolve complex customer queries in under 15 minutes. The system combines over 50 built-in app connectors and supports more than 1,000 server integrations via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling seamless data use across platforms such as Databricks, Outlook, ServiceNow, and Snowflake.

With Quick Suite, users can build custom AI agents to summarize data, write reports, automate communications, or update tickets in Jira. In one instance, the finance team at AWS reconciled thousands of invoices on the platform, reducing weeks of manual work to days. Quick Suite was used, Propulse Lab, to process more than 1,600 customer service tickets in a month, reducing the time spent on it by 80%.

Jabil, a global manufacturing firm, also reported saving around $400,000 annually after automating accounts collection and quote requests.

Experts note the platform’s integration strength and accessibility make it ideal for enterprises managing large data volumes. However, Gartner analyst Justin Tung cautioned that while AI agents are promising, the market is still young and crowded.

AWS says Quick Suite will help businesses unlock faster insights and streamline operations, all without heavy technical expertise.
